Attempts to cancel after the item has been shipped will be decided by Pinnacle Hemp on a case by case basis.
All refunds need approval by a customer service representative.
We are happy to correct manufacturing defects or fix shipping errors on a case by case basis.
Shipping protection is available to cover any items that are lost/stolen, or damaged upon arrival.
